  3. No Refunds or Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
  4. Replacement for Severely Damaged Products: Customers must contact AceEast Inc. within 5 days of receiving the damaged product to initiate the replacement process. Replacement availability is subject to product availability and other factors determined by AceEast Inc.
