- Lost Packages: AceEast Inc. shall not be held liable for lost packages resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer during the checkout process.
- Scarcity of Items: Due to the scarcity of most items, especially vinyl records, and the complex arrangements involved, all purchases made through AceEast Inc. are considered non-refundable and non-returnable.
- No Refunds or Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
- Replacement for Severely Damaged Products: Customers must contact AceEast Inc. within 5 days of receiving the damaged product to initiate the replacement process. Replacement availability is subject to product availability and other factors determined by AceEast Inc.
